Ubuntu comes with RClone in the repositories and it is safer to use their (vetted) version than to install one from the RClone website. Since the only feature that we use is SFTP upload (a protocol that does not change much over time), the version in the repo is most likely sufficient.
This will probably speed up the workflows a tiny bit and make them slightly more reliable as we don't depend on additional servers to be up and working.
